My VIB Sephora Makeover + A Recreation

 Happy Monday, everyone! This weekend I scheduled my free VIB makeover at Sephora. I went with a friend. I told the makeup artist to do something "Fun and dramatic." That was virtually all of the direction that I gave her. She seemed surprised and said that it was such a relief to be able to just play on a canvas. The makeup artist used all Urban Decay shadows on me. I was really loving the gel liner she used, which was Bobbi Brown. When/if I ever run out of my Inglot gel liner, I may have to give Bobbi Brown a go. 

I was also really thrilled with the ombre lip she did! I've never worn an ombre lip, so it was really neat to watch her work while she did it. I felt like a model for Urban Decay when she was finished.

If it were me, I would have filled in my brows just a little bit more. She simply ran Anastasia tinted blue mascara through my brows. I did find the color to be really fun though!

I really wanted to recreate this look that she did because I found it to be so much fun. I did want to change up the lid color just a little bit, so I used a rose gold rather than a gold glitter. The gold glitter that she used also had a lot of fallout (I'm looking at you Urban Decay Moondust!).
