FOTD: Berry Neutral Eyes

Hey everyone! I'm back with a FOTD that I'm pretty excited about. I very rarely mix eyeshadows today because I am always afraid of how they will come out. I was feeling rather adventurous and decided to try mixing some shadows to get the perfect berry colored eye. Here's what I ended up creating.

I think this look is really wearable, but fun. I've really been into more wearable looks lately, but I really want to keep things fun and not super-duper boring neutrals all the time. I hope I struck the right balance. Let me know what you think down below :)

FOTD: Fourth of July!

Happy Independence Day everyone! It is already July4th! Where has time gone? I'm not sure really, but I am always really excited to do holiday makeup. I feel like it offers a chance to be dramatic without anyone saying too much about it. Dramatic looks remain my favorite, so here ya go!

FOTD: Earth Tones + New Brows

This weekend was amazing! I got to meet an online friend in real life and had an amazing experience at Sephora involving my brows! The friend and I were dropped off at the mall for like 6-7 hours. We were really able to swatch and get to know a lot of different makeup products at Sephora. While we were at Sephora, a girl asked if we were looking for brow things. I didn't have my brows filled in and they looked pretty awful. We said we were and she quickly sat us down.

That's when she sweetly asked if she could pluck my brows a bit. I agreed to it, but I had no idea how much plucking she was going to do! The next thing I knew I was watering heavily from my eyes and trying not to squirm in protest. After some period of time of her plucking and filling in my brows, I was left with brows similar to what you see in these photos. I'm super happy with my new arches! It was such a great experience (despite the pain!). 

Anyway, onto the FOTD! I wanted to go with really earthy tones today. I wanted to be wearing makeup without it being over the top. I ended up coming up with this look.

FOTD: Rose Gold Eyes

 Happy Wednesday! I can't believe that it is already the middle of the week. Where has the time gone? Oh yeah, homework of course. I've really been enjoying the rose gold trend lately. It seems to just bring such life to the face, without being overpowering or too dramatic. Since I didn't have any homework today, I was able to really take my time with this look. I have to say that I'm in love with this look. It could very well become my new daily makeup! Well, enough of my ramblings, let's get to the product list!

FOTD: Bright Pink Lips with peachy cheeks
