FOTD: Dramatic Colors

Today's Face of the Day was inspired by Summer time. I am beyond ready for bathingsuits, sunglasses, and hanging out by the pool. This bright blue really brought out the summer feel that I was going for, so I based the whole look around it. I kept the rest of the face really simple to keep the focus on the eyes.
