Summer picks
Summer is upon us! It's amazing how fast time has gone. Summer is one of my favorite times of year. I love the sunlight, but my oily skin really hates it. I thought it would be really fun to share what products I have been loving this summer. I've numbered everything and plan to try to talk about each product a little bit. Let me know if you want a full review of any of these products.
1. Sigma Resort palette - This palette has a nice variety of colors, ranging from blues and greens to a shimmery pewter shade. It offers the chance to create some fun colorful looks or to do your looks a little darker. The palette also has a highlighter and a blusher that lets me just reach for one palette to do many things.
2. Hourglass Ambient Powder in Luminous Light - This powder really makes the face look glowy and fresh. I dust it all over my face to brighten things up. It also helps set the makeup!
3. Neon nail polishes! Summer makes me want to reach for bright colors, so these two Sinful Nail Colors are wonderful!
4. Sephora #51 Brush - This has been my holy grail go to powder brush for summer. I can use it with the hourglass powder or with my setting powder. It's super soft and sets my makeup very well.
5. Sleek Rose Gold blush - This is a dupe for NARS Orgasm blush if anyone is looking for an affordable option. It gives such a beautiful glow to the cheeks and really brings life to the face. I've been reaching for it a lot.
6. Makeup Forever Full Cover Concealer - Holy grail concealer right here. It is long wearing and very full coverage. It covers my dark circles really well!
7. Maybelline Baby Lips in Quenched - These are very hydrating and have SPF in them to protect your lips during the summer. This one is clear so I can put it on under any lipstick to hydrate my lips.
8. Mac Mineralize Skin Finish in Soft and Gentle - I'm just going to say that this is the best cheek highlight I own. It's gorgeous and makes my cheeks GLOW!
9. Mac Prolong Wear Foundation in NC15 - This foundation really does wear for a long time. It stays put and has really great coverage.
10. Revlon Lip Butter in Juicy Papaya - This is my hydrating go-to color for summer. It's a gorgeous light coral that can be worn with most looks.
11. Mac Rose Gold pigment - This is probably the prettiest eye shadow in my entire collection. It's very pigmented and is a great all over lid color.
12. Urban Decay Shadow Pencil in Clash - I went swimming with this pencil on and it held up pretty well. If you are wanting a long-wearing shadow stick, I'd highly recommend this color for summer.
13. Inglot Neutral Quad - These have been my go-to neutrals for summer. I like to pair these colors with a bold lip! There is very little fallout and the colors blend very effortlessly.
14. MUFE Aqua Liner - These hold up SOOOO well. This is in a gorgeous bright green. Long-wearing, pretty.
15. MUFE Lipstick in #11 - I used this in my post of recreating my Sephora makeover look. The color is very shimmery and fun for summer. The formula is nice and is not very drying.
16. Sleek Barely There lipstick - I've used this color in a few looks lately. It is probably the best peach lipstick I have ever found. The formula is comfortable and the color goes on very easily.
17. Sephora blush-highlighter-bronzer trio - I've been using this bronzer like crazy as a contour lately. It goes on well and blends super easily. I would definitely take this trio with me on any summer trips. It would make it so I wouldn't have to take so many products with me.
18. Sigma Synthetic Kabukis - These brushes give my foundation a flawless look and really blend it into the skin well.
19. Mac Fix+ - This spray helps take away the powdery look on my makeup to give a really fresh look. It is also nice to spray on my face after being outside in the heat. It's super refreshing!
20. Mac Blotting Powder - I'm really in love with this setting powder. It sets my makeup really well and does not make anything look cakey! Definitely a summer favorite.
There's are my top picks for summer! I've been reaching for these products like crazy lately!
Tell me what summer products you are loving!

FOTD: Sigma Paris Palette - Purple
Hi lovelies! I have another Face of the Day using the new Sigma Paris Palette. I wanted to try out some of the purple shades to see how they looked on my lids. I am really happy with the color, so I thought that I would share. I used my husband's Nikon camera, but I didn't have his help to take the photos this time, so I apologize for the weird face thing lol.

They are sort of a cross between flats and gladiator sandals.
Not too bad for $4 shoes!
Here's a better shot of the necklace!
I took my hubby's wallet chain thing he has had forever and attached the guitar charm from my best friend and TA-DA!
Let me know what you think about this outfit in a comment! Be sure to follow my blog for more outfits of the day!
